In the process of using the product, there are quality problems. During the period of "three packages", the supplier is responsible for repairing and replacing the damaged parts due to normal use (except the fragile parts).

The supplier guarantees to provide repair spare parts for the products that are out of the factory. The supplier has a 10 million yuan product Bank of fragile spare parts. It provides spare parts for equipment maintenance and maintenance for domestic and foreign users all the year round.

The company implements "Total Quality Management" and "Quality Forward Law", and implements ISO 9001 system certification.

All the steel plates and profiles required for the products are purchased from famous manufacturers such as Jigang.

As far as possible, the standard parts of various supporting parts are purchased from famous brand manufacturers, such as bearings, motors, reducers, etc.

The PLC machine uses Siemens, Mitsubishi and other world famous brands, and other electrical components are certified by CE products.

Specialized quality supervision teams are set up by design and quality inspectors to ensure product quality.

In-plant load test of key components ensures that early faults are cleared in-plant.

After the equipment is manufactured, the user is notified to carry out the initial acceptance of each functional part, and the factory can be discharged only after the acceptance is qualified.

In recent years, our company has carried out extensive technical cooperation with research institutes such as Tsinghua University and Shandong University of Technology by strengthening internal and external contacts. In addition, we have mature experience in cleaning large-scale non-standard equipment and profiles.
